Terms and Conditions:

 Please contact us at support@paintshots.com if you have any questions about refunds or cancellations. The following terms and conditions apply to all refunds and cancellations:

  •  A return request must be sent to support@paintshots.com within 14 days after delivery if the consumer is dissatisfied with the product's quality.

 

In the event of a return, the following situations are covered:

  •  You have the option of getting a new artwork or a full refund if you're not happy with your purchase. Because the painting is a personalized product, it will have no value once you return it to us, and the artist's compensation depends on how much money they make from their portraiture.
  • Any money you spent for a damaged frame is refunded to you.
  • If our courier partner loses the item, you will receive a full refund.
  • For express service, we will refund the price you paid for express service if the painting is not delivered within 15 Business Days.
  • Please be aware that if you require more than five adjustments to the Photoshop/preview, the delivery date may be pushed back. 
  • Customers should expect a refund to appear in their bank accounts within five to seven working days.
  • A shop credit is given to customers who may need a replacement, which is taken from the price of the new product at checkout.

 

Returns Eligibility:

  • We'll pick up your painting if you submit a Return Request. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was purchased.
  • To ensure that the painting meets quality standards, no aspect of it should be interfered with.
  • In order to be eligible for a refund, you must not submit a complaint against the bank that accepted the payment.
  • Please note that in order for your return to be processed, the request must be made within 30 days of the item's delivery.
  • Due to the high number of false claims, customers who make more than two returns in 365 days are ineligible for a third one.
  • Gift certificates are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Only Paintshots.com can determine whether a return request is valid or not.
  • The consumer is responsible for returning the faulty painting in the event of a return or replacement.
  • When a product is returned or replaced, Paintshots.com will conduct a quality check and issue a refund or replace the item.
